How do I pause new members joining?

Go to Settings > Your club and turn on Pause new joins.

While paused:

  • Existing members can still collect stamps, redeem offers, and see the club in their wallet.
  • Anyone who scans your join link or QR code sees a message that the club isn’t taking new members right now, instead of the usual join form.

Turn the switch off again at any time to start accepting new members.
